well, how is khalil atteyyeh and his alikes are gonna make money?
E-government my ass, 90% of the public sector employees don't know how to use computers...
And if they implement the e-government initiative, then that means that tens of thousands are going to be laid off, so I would expect the failure of such initiative before it begins(I study this stuff)..
The folks want new offices !
