Respect

I see the shock on their faces. They look back at me for an explanation and I just close my eyes and take off, knowing that I'm part of it.
I walk away, leaving them alone burried in their misfortune. As I walk out I start tasting my own poison and my body drowns in the toxin of my doings.

"It's two hours, just two hours, maybe less" , I keep saying to myself but that never helped me feel less guilty. I leave them alone to live with it, with all the disgust and confusion that comes with it and I stay out of it in this world where croaches have bigger hearts than humans.

To all the people who decided to do housekeeping for my apartment over the past few years, I'm sorry for what I've made you go through.

I -sometimes- do feel the same for the cleaning lady, others I feel ashamed and actually clean up before she shows up :)

  4. Do not feel bad about it...remember, it is her job to clean after others and your dirt is no exception. She better do a good job at it or she is not worthy of being your cleaning lady!
I am pretty sure she might not be too happy cleaning your home but its a way to make a living for her.

  5. When I lived alone in a Montreal apartment, I would have someone come in every couple of weeks to clean, and it was painful.

When I moved to Amman, I had to get used to having a maid all the time, and at first I wouldn't let her do anything for me. Now I'm just so used to having everything be spotless, I'm afraid what will happen if I live alone again!

This is the right website for anyone who wishes to understand this topic.

You realize so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I personally will
need to…HaHa). You certainly put a brand new
spin on a subject that's been written about for decades. Excellent stuff, just great!
