Although we are in the Final exams period, I could not resist to read the first parts of the book... truly a very nice book, with a balanced view of the conflict (well, we don't expect someone from the U.S. to say "Israel" is fascist or "Israel" stole the land of the Palestinians!)... I highly recommend this book specially for Americans who if they had time will tune to Fox or CNN, the most facts-twisting names in news.

do you think the Americans don't know of the injustices in Palestine and iraq? do you think the KKK does not know of the immorality of racial supremacy? do you think the fascists and Nazis did not know the inhumanity of their ideology? do you think the jews are not fully aware of the brutality of the Zionists and the human cost to non-jews? do you think a book will change but a small percentage of public opinion.

people read the books that fit their views of the world, watch the news the suit their beliefs, elect leaders whom they think echo their ideals, and change their minds when their costs outweighs their benefits.

Do you think the Americans left Vietnam for humanitarian reasons after wiping out over a million Vietnamese? do you think the Americans will leave Iraq for the love of ddemocracy?
