May she rest in peace. She was truly an asset to the Jordanian media. Yis'id Sabahak will always be her living legacy.

To all of those who said a kind word about my ante, thank you; for all who feel our pain and sadness, we tell you she was kind, she was loving, she was generous, she was family devoted, she was honest, she was loyal to Jordan; she was our ante; she had no age as far as we are concerned; she was bigger than life in the little things she did for us and the big things she did for her beloved Jordan and the Jordanian. My ante LOVED her worked and she gave it her life, literally. Send her soul a prayer please and we hope that she touched your lives and the lives of her viewers in the same loving way she touched ours. My sadness is deep as I sit here in my home in Northern Virginia, thinking of how no longer will Vickie bring me her recommendations of Arabic books -stories and poetry- the night before I depart to the USA; these books she thought I should read when I am away from my beloved Jordan. I want you all to know that she had 25 nieces and nephews and tens of grand nieces and nephews and we all called her Vickie and we all loved her and were pround to call her ante.

layla... thank you for your participation here. I totally understand your pain. We all felt sorry for your aunt's departure although most of us never knew her personally. I remember watching a program on JTV about her or how she was idrecting and I was so impressed by how active and confident she was working and that's not easy for a woman in Jordan.

I hope she's in a better place now.
